The Mazda MX-5

posted by tristan @ 2/10/2006 11:43:00 PM

Wow wow wow. Something I like about my current unit is that they're always having special functions or minor events which is an add-on to those boring practical and theoritical lessons.

There's happy hours for Permstaff today, and they were having some kind of road show in the workshop. You can really see different types of cars displayed neatly in there. Majority were modified ranging from Hyundai Getz (Red and Black series) to Subaru Impreza to Mits Lancer to Honda Integra with backseat and air-condition removed for ultimate racing performance. There's about 15 cars that belongs to different officers. However, the one and only car that catches my attention is the Mazda MX-5 that belongs to a Master Warrant Officer.

Talked about asethetic and design, this MX-5 have got what it takes. A combi of vintage and sporty convertible, its definitely my dream car. The only minus point, its a 2 seater, well, you know i'm always into family car like Honda Oddessy and Mits Grandis (My fave MPV). But seriously, in the short run (well, the short could possibly means 10 to 15 years) a Mits Colt will do just fine. Hahaha!

Too bad I missed the $10 million grand TOTO, else I could be one of the potential buyer stepping into Mazda showroom tomorrow. As if, dream on!
